Thanksgiving In-Gathering

The Thanksgiving season is upon us, and we are planning on moving forward with the Thanksgiving In-Gathering in a hybrid fashion this year.

List of Items Needed

Saturday, November 20, 10 am–1 pm (drop off)
Sunday, November 21, 11 am service (drop off prior to service if possible)

To ensure that everyone feels comfortable and safe, we will have drop-off donations on Saturday, November 20 from 10 am–1 pm. You can enter the sanctuary in a socially-distanced manner, or for those who are more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to participate in the touch-free drop-off option, where volunteers will meet you at your vehicle and remove items from your car for you.

Then on Sunday, November 21, we ask that you please drop off your donation prior to the 11 am service. To avoid crowding at the chancel and to maintain social distance and safety, during the service we will have multiple stations available to place your donation. As always, gifts of volunteer time, labor, and service are also welcome as we celebrate our commitment to outreach ministry in worship.

We will have plenty of signs and volunteers present to help answer any questions, and to ensure a smooth process. We are grateful for your continued patience, and look forward to receiving your gifts as we keep the tradition of our Thanksgiving In-Gathering alive.
